At the beginning of my journey I had no voice, I felt like no-one could understand what I was going through. I felt alone, depressed and worthless. I wanted to shut the world out and not deal with the reality of the situation. I didn't know that there were people out there like me, feeling the same thing, dealing with the same trauma. But, there was and is people just like me, people who are feeling like I was then. I can tell you that it does get better, it does become your 'new normal'. You can and will survive this! You will wake up each day, with no mistakes in it yet and start fresh. You will sometimes feel sad, you will sometimes feel angry but you will also feel ok and you are allowed to be ok. There are people out there like you, there are others that won't judge. Find them. Find support, find friendship, find yourself again. For you are important to the world, there is a reason that you are here, you are worthwhile, you are worthy of love. Tell yourself a new story about who you are and who you want to present to the world. You get to choose your life, you get to choose how to deal. It's up to you to find your happiness again. You are a powerful being and you deserve all the happiness and love in this world. Take your power back and free yourself from pain and darkness. You are beautiful, you are who you are at this very moment and who you are at this very moment is enough. I don't know you but I love you. I love you because you are just you and because my mission is to spread love, light and happiness to all. Love yourself, love who you are because you are amazing! Keep going, you will get there, take care of yourself, Leanne 💖
There have been times in my life when it’s all been too much. We all have our limits; that place where we can’t handle any more. We are told that God doesn’t give us more than we can handle, well, I have handled a lot - too much for one lifetime. I’ve learnt to cope, to deal with the hand that I’ve been dealt. When I think about it all, I am amazed at all that I’ve been through. I survived! I didn’t medicate myself with drugs and alcohol, I lived THROUGH the pain. I conquered and became a Strong Powerful Goddess!
There is not one person who doesn’t have some problems in their life and, if you know someone is hurting, reach out. Just be there, you don’t have to say anything, just being there will help. People need to be heard, they need to have a voice. Sometimes just letting them vent will help. Parents on a Mission gives a voice to those who are too broken to speak out. I believe that Parents can help other Parents to change our world, change someone’s world today 😊
I know you are struggling, I know that it feels like this will never end. I know that this isn’t fair and it feels like no-one else understands what you are going through. Give yourself permission to cry, yell, scream, be numb. Give yourself space, space to say No, space to pretend you are not at home, space to just be, to just breathe. Sometimes, it’s just takes letting go, letting it all come out, to make it through, but you will make it through. You will smile again, the heaviness will eventually leave your heart. You will feel alive, free, ok. I give you hope, I give you light, I send you love. ❤️
Change is inevitable, nothing stays the same forever. No matter what your situation is, you need to push those boundaries, do what you think you can't, be the person you really want to be. There is nothing worse than standing still. Take the chance to be the best that you can be... ❤️
